A good opportunity to visit the iconic attractions of central Vietnam within 6 days, this package is planned for those with shortage in time. Hoi An Ancient Town is an exceptionally well-preserved example of a Southeast Asian trading port dating from the 15th to the 19th Century. Its buildings and street plan reflect the influences, both indigenous and foreign, that have combined to produce this unique heritage site.


Upon arrival at Danang you will be greeted by our guide who will begin by escorting you on a tour of Danang City, including the Cham Museum and Marble Mountain. Continue to the delightful township of Hoi An, approximately 30 km away. Once at Hoi An we will check into our hotel, followed by some free time to explore. Overnight hotel stay in Hoi An.


Today there will be a tour in Hoi An to the Chinese Assembly Halls, the Japanese Covered Bridge and Tan Ky House. Following the tour there is free time to discover more of what Hoi An has to offer. Whether it is in the silk shops having a new wardrobe tailored, or cycling to the beach about 6 kilometers away, one thing is certain – you will not get bored in this town. This morning we will board a boat and cruise the waterways in search of a ceramic craft village and the boat building yards. For those people interested, a trip to My Son Cham Towers, about a hour and a half drive from Hoi An can be arranged. Or maybe you would prefer to relax beside the pool at the hotel or head to the beach for a swim. One thing is for sure, there will be final fittings to attend to at some of the tailored shops. As we bid Hoi An farewell this morning, we continue our northbound journey to Hue. Along the way we will travel over the Hai Van pass, stopping at the top to take in the stunning views north over Lang Co Beach and south over Danang City. Our second stop will be Lang Co Beach for coffee and refreshments, and then continuing on our way to Hue. Afternoon: board bicycles for a tour around this fabulous city. A visit to Hue would be completed by taking in attractions such as the Citadel and the Forbidden Purple City, the Imperial Museum and the Dong Ba Market. Overnight hotel stay in Hue.

DAY 5: HUE (B)

Breakfast at hotel. Morning: boat ride on Perfume River to visit Thien Mu Pagoda and Minh Mang Tomb. Lunch at nice local restaurant. Afternoon: continue to visit Imperial citadel, Tu Duc and Khai Dinh’s Tombs, shopping at Dong Ba Market. Hotel accommodation in Hue.


Today is departure day and time to bid farewell to your guide. If you are continuing on a domestic flight, you can depart from Hue Airport. For international flights, you will be transferred back to Danang Airport.
