DAY 01: VIENTIANE – ARRIVAL (-/-/-)
Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is on your own. Overnight stay in Vientiane.
DAY 02: VIENTIANE – VANG VIENG (B/-/-)
Pick up for sightseeing, our visit includes an old temple known as the Wat Sisaket, after, visit the former royal temple of Wat Prakeo which previously housed the famous Emerald Buddha Statue. Then, visit Patuxai Monument to have an overlooking view over the charming Vientiane, In the afternoon we move to Vang Vieng; we will see some breathtaking scenery en route as we pass through spectacular countryside towards the mountainous region of Laos. Arrive and check in at your hotel, Overnight stay in Vang Vieng.
DAY 03: VANG VIENG – LUANG PRABANG (B/-/-)
After breakfast, we start our day to visit some of the Vang Vieng’s iconic sites. We visit the local market to get familiar with the daily life in a typical rural area of Laos. Afterward, we continue to visit an organic farm. Next is a short drive to explore some villages around Vang Vieng, one of them is Muang Xieng Nguen Village for our next stop, and we spend a short amount of time observing the local lifestyle to later drive back to the town for an overnight stay.
DAY 04: LUANG PRABANG – PAK OU CAVES (B/-/-)
After breakfast, we visit the Traditional Art and Ethnology Center to get familiar with the country’s ethnic tribes and minorities. We also visit the Wat Xieng Thong with its roofs sweeping low to the ground, this temple is a good example of classic Lao Architecture. We then embark on a leisure cruise to enjoy the beautiful landscapes on the Mekong River before reaching the fascinating Pak Ou Caves. Along the way, we stop at the village of Ban Xang Hai, where villagers make the local rice wine. Upon arrival to Luang Prabang, we visit Royal Palace and the Museum, and then end our day by visiting the famous night market. Overnight stay in Luang Prabang.
DAY 05: LUANG PRABANG – KUANG SI WATERFALLS (B/-/-)
Wake up early in the morning to visit the traditional alms giving ceremony, then after we will visit the Lao morning market which is a local flea market where you can find almost anything from rice to meats and vegetables. Then we go back to the hotel for breakfast, to then take a visit to the top of Phousi Hill for a panoramic view of the city and the Mekong River. Overnight stay in Luang Prabang.
DAY 06: LUANG PRABANG – DEPARTURE (B/-/-)
Free time on your own until we transfer you to the airport for your departure flight. End of the trip.
