Northern Vietnam trekking trails are attracted to the adventurous traveler, S Viet Travel presents 11 days to enlighten the trekking routes of Sapa with the journey starting and ending in Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam

Day 1: Hanoi – Lao Cai

Arrive in Noi Bai Airport where our guide will pick you up from there and transfer you directly to the train station in Hanoi, board the night train to Sapa and arrive the next morning, Overnight on board the train.

Day 2: Sapa to Pa Chu Ty (B – L – D)

Arrive at Lao Cai Town where you’ll be transferred to Sapa by our guide. Arrive in Sapa and move to Ba Cha where you start your trek towards the Ta Chai Village to meet up with the local Fu La Tribes. Then continue the light trek and arrive in the late afternoon at Pa Chu Ty Minority Village to accommodate in local home for an overnight stay.

Day 3: Trekking to Lung Cai (B – L – D)

Breakfast at local homestay to begin the trek through the spectacular trails of Northern Vietnam passing by many ethnic villages to get to Then Van, a H’mong Village in the region. Time to wander around the village and discover the daily life by yourself, and then, we continue our trekking toward Lung Cai in the same area, another village from the H’mong tribes. Overnight with homestay.

Day 4: Discover the trails of Lung Cai toward Ban Gia (B – L – D)

After breakfast we continue our discovery toward the Hoang Nhi Pho, en route we discover several small hamlets to be more familiar with the local minorities, picnic lunch will be provided, then after, we will trek to arrive at Ban Gia Village. Arrive to spend free time in the village, Overnight with homestay.

Day 5: Ban Gia to the trekking trails of Nan Ma (B – L – D)

Our day starts with a light trek as we pass several ethnic minority villages to finally arrive at Nan Ma, which is also inhabited by the H’mong groups. Dinner and lunch will be served at local homestay. Overnight in Nan Ma with homestay.

Day 6: Nan Ma to Coc Pu II Village (B – L – D)

Our exciting trek continues today toward the Nung Ethnic Minority Hamlet, this area is very famous for its picturesque paddy fields, we will stop several times to take photos. Lunch will be served with local families, short rest to get our legs relaxed, and then, continue our trek toward the Coc Pu II Village for an overnight stay.

Day 7: Coc Pu II to Hoang Su Phi (B – L – D)

After breakfast we continue our light trek to arrive at Xin Man District, which is a hamlet dedicated to Ha Giang City. Upon arrival, you will be transferred towards the Sin Man, which is bordered with China as an area very isolated and considered as a remote area so be well prepared in terms of medical check-lists. Lunch and dinner at local homestay. Overnight stay in Su Phi.

Day 8: Su Phi toward the Tung San Village (B – L – D)

This morning we transfer by car to the starting point of our trekking day, we continue the long trek consisting of a medium trekking level experience, en route we meet and visit the local minorities which are considered as Black Dao, or Zao. Lunchtime with local villagers, and then, arrive at Tung San for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 9: Trekking to Cao Banh (B – L – D)

Begin today a bit late as we had a hard trek the previously day, enjoy breakfast with local family and start the day to trek from Tung San to Dan Khao and finally toward the Cao Banh. Lunch and dinner with our host. Overnight with homestay from Black Dao Minorities.

Day 10: Cao Banh to Ha Giang (B – L – D)

After breakfast we start our day from the trekking trails toward the isolated village called Trang Village to head toward the Khuoi Hop Minority where you have your lunch and then transfer to Ha Giang. Dinner and overnight homestay in Ha Giang.

Day 11: Drive back to Hanoi, departure (B/ – / – )

After breakfast, we will be driving toward the oriental capital of Vietnam, charming Hanoi, arrive in afternoon, transfer directly to Noi Bai Airport or departure flight, end of the trip.
