The following 6-day trip is intended for a short trek through the trekking trails of Sapa following to Mount Fansipan, the highest peak in Vietnam and the whole Indochina.

Day 1: Hanoi – Lao Cai – Sapa

Arrive in Noi Bai Airport where our guide will pick you up from there and transfer you directly to the train station in Hanoi, board the night train to Sapa and arrive the next morning, Overnight on board the train.

Day 2: Lao Cai to Sapa (B/L/-)

Upon arrival at Lao Cai Station, you will be met and transferred to Sapa, Upon arrival, we check in at our hotel in Sapa, short rest for breakfast, then start the easy trek up the Hoang Lien Hill and Son Mountains, en route you will pass through the spectacular views with amazing rice paddies and local welcoming tribes. After we will trek up the Ham Rong Mountain to have an overlooking view over the area, go back to hotel in late afternoon for an overnight stay.

Day 3: Sapa to Tam Ton Pass with camping (B/L/D)

Our 4W vehicle will transfer you to Tram Ton Pass at the altitude of 1900 meters, en route we stop to see the Silver Waterfall. Then, we start our medium lever trek through thick tropical bushes and pass through the isolated hamlets to meet with the Black H’mong minorities. Time for lunch with short rest to get our legs relaxed. Continue trekking through the wild jungles, especially now for trekking boots are handy as the narrow pass is getting narrower as we pass the jungles, we arrive at the point and top of the mountain reaching 2,900 meters, Camping gear and equipment are provided by S Viet Travel, we set the camp for overnight stay.

Day 4: Mount Fansipan to Tram Ton and Sapa (B-L)

Wake up for breakfast in the wild nature at the top of Mount Fansipan, the highest peak of Vietnam and Indochina. Then follow our guide and trek back through the narrow trail passing through forests and bamboo bushes to reach the peak of Fansipan at the altitude of 2900 meters, this is where we call it the “Roof of Vietnam”. Spend time for photography while the area is under your belt, and then slowly trek down the valley to reach Tram Ton Pass where you will be picked up to transfer back to Sapa, arrive and check in, Overnight stay in Sapa.

Day 5: Sapa – Hanoi (B-L)

A free day on your own exploration in Sapa, visit the local markets or just find a cozy place to admire the area, you will be then picked up to transfer to Lao Cai Station to hop on a night train back to Hanoi.


Day 6: Hanoi – Departure

Arrive and meet with our driver who will transfer you to the airport for the departure flight back to your next destination, end of the service.
