An ancient and beautiful land now recovering from its turbulent past, welcomes visitors through its bustling gateway of Ho Chi Minh City (former known as “Saigon”). You’ll visit the Vietnam modern metropolis, Saigon, and continue to the Central part of the land to visit Hue and Hoi An.

Day 1: HO CHI MINH CITY ARRIVAL

Upon arrival, our guide will be holding a sign with your name and welcome you at Tan Son Nhat International Airport for transfer to the city centre and check in at the hotel. The rest of the day, you can explore the city on your own or just relax to recover from the jet lag. Overnight stay in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 2: HO CHI MINH CITY – MEKONG DELTA – CAN THO (B)

Leave Saigon for My Tho, located on the Northern banks of the Mekong River to visit a large market that sells just about anything that can be eaten including a variety of fruits. Around the My Tho area you will find a maze of small canals that can be explored on one of the many organized boat tours. Enjoy a boat ride on the Mekong River and visit an orchard on an island, with lunch following next. Continue with a visit to a snake farm and then continue driving to Can Tho. Check in hotel and overnight stay in Can Tho.

Day 3: CAN THO – VINH LONG – HO CHI MINH CITY (B/L/D)

Today will begin with an early breakfast to get our energy hyped for an exciting day. After breakfast, we will take a boat trip to the floating market and watch the locals sit aboard their small boats selling and exchanging goods. On the way back to Ho Chi Minh City, we will visit Dong Tam Snakes Farm – the largest snake farm in Vietnam. We will have a delicious lunch at the Mekong Rest Stop before returning to Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 4: FLIGHT TO HUE (B)

Pick up from your hotel to transfer to airport for a short flight to the Central coast, Hue, arrive and check in at your hotel, short rest, then we pick up for some short walks around the old town of Hue, Overnight stay in Hue.

Day 5: HUE (B/L/D)

This morning, take a boat cruise on the Perfume River to Thien Mu Pagoda – one of the most beautiful Pagodas in Vietnam built at the end of the 16th Century, and Kinh Minh Mang’s Tomb. In the afternoon, visit the Imperial Palace: a citadel surrounded by large moats. Continue to visit King Tu Duc’s Tomb. After, enjoy traditional music on the Perfume River in the evening. Overnight stay in Hue.

Day 6: HUE – HOI AN (B/L)

Have breakfast at the hotel, and then drive over the mighty Hai Van Pass to Hoi An. On the way there, we will visit the Cham Museum where the remaining evidence of the Champa Civilization is featured. Then visit the Marble Mountains, the fascinating maze of caves and temples that is hidden with five sacred marble rocks. Visit Hoi An town to explore the Japanese Bridge, Old House, Chinese Temple and Hoi An Cultural Museum. Overnight stay in Hoi An.

Day 7: HOI AN – DA NANG – FLY TO HO CHI MINH CITY – DEPARTURE (B)

After breakfast is free at your own leisure until our driver picks you up at the hotel lobby and transfer to airport for flight to Ho Chi Minh City, arrive and transfer directly to the international hall for your departure flight, End of the service.
