A spectacular photo workshop tour of Vietnam, lead by internationally renowned photographer, Gunther Deichmann. Improve your photographic skills with expert guidance every step of the way. A specialist at working with light and creating dramatic photos, Gunther is a multi-award winning photographer and will pass on his professional expertise through practical, hands-on direction. This tour of Vietnam begins with a relaxing afternoon at your leisure in Hanoi before waking the following day and embarking on a street food tour of the city. Peruse bustling markets and sample local delights as you wonder the charming Old Quarter. Then board the train for an overnight journey to Lao Cai, where a transfer then takes you to the hilltop town of Sapa.

Spend the afternoon admiring and photographing the views of Fanispan and the terraced rice fields to Sin Chai Valley. Then pass thick rain forest covered mountains and several waterfalls as you continue your tour of Vietnam before arriving to Ban Khoang, a village of the Red Zao community. Explore the local community and walk between the nearby villages. Then it’s off to Bac Ha to visit one of the largest weekday markets in the area. Local people including Flower Hmong, Black Zao, Phu La and Tay come to buy and trade all types of goods.
